Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility engagements and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves vendor negotiations, data analytics, governance frameworks, and cross-functional leadership to grow the practice and exceed customer commitments. Based in the United States with remote work options, this position reports to senior leadership and focuses on delivering value to enterprise clients while expanding sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years in a management position.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers, guiding executive-level discussions.
• Support complex vendor negotiations to reduce spend and optimize terms.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to drive savings and governance.
• Manage portions of the procurement delivery team and foster excellence.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development.
• Cross-functional leadership across workstreams and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and deliver sales tools, resources, and training for SHI and clients.
