Great West, An Old Republic Company seeks a Senior Process Engineer to drive process improvement, standardization, and automation across functions. You will partner with leaders to map workflows, analyze data, and implement changes that enhance efficiency and customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring Lean/Six Sigma expertise, strong communication, and the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading business process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, and business documentation skills.
• Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and influencing change without direct authority.
• Experience with process automation tools, workflow technologies, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
