Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations to collect, standardize, and document operational processes for the Operations Support function. You will collaborate with field SMEs to break down complex workflows, identify improvements, and produce step-by-step SOPs used across field operations.

You will develop training content with instructional designers and maintain the internal SharePoint, ensuring clear, actionable materials for enterprise-wide rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale knowledge management and/or process improvement in a key support role.
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft products; including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including evaluating large or complex data sets and forming recommendations.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, presentations, or other materials to support leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Discovers and documents existing operational processes in the field aligned with strategy.
• Leads efforts to streamline and document processes into clear SOPs.
• Develops training content with instructional designers for field roles enterprise-wide.
• Designs and updates the Operations internal SharePoint with relevant content.
• Travels up to 50% as needed to deploy initiatives and support business units.
