Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Pricing Senior Manager to lead the administration, strategic planning, and analysis of the corporate pricing organization. This remote role requires coordinating proposals, budgets, and pricing narratives while aligning with statutory and contractual requirements.

The candidate should have deep experience in cost proposals, FAR/DFAR/CAS knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a data-driven, AI‑fluency mindset to accelerate bid success while maintaining rigorous standards.

Qualifications

• Typically 12 years' experience in cost proposal preparation.
• Five years in a management position preferred.
• Experience in base operations, range operations, Space Force, NASA contracts.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost proposal development and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with estimating system manuals and policies.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve objectives.
• Develop and implement capture/proposal strategies.
• Direct and manage financial and human resources.
• Maintain relationships with PMs and upper management.
• Lead pricing efforts and perform at high pricing analyst level.
