Qualifications

• Five years in a management position is preferred.
• Experience with base operations support, Space Force, NASA contracts; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost proposal development and pricing strategies for major proposals.
• Ensure compliance with the estimating system manual and company policies.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and staffing to achieve proposal objectives.
• Develop and implement new business capture and proposal strategies.
• Direct and manage resources to meet company objectives.
• Maintain strong working relationships with program managers and leadership.
• This role is expected to perform at pricing analyst level when needed.
