Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Pricing Senior Manager for a remote role with travel flexibility, ideally near Chantilly, VA or Fort Worth, TX facilities. US citizenship is required.

You will lead cost proposal development, pricing strategies, and budgeting across major proposals while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR/CAS and other policies. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong leadership, and the ability to leverage data and AI tools to optimize pricing processes and win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of cost proposal experience.
• 5 years in a management role preferred.
• Experience on Space Force, NASA contracts is a plus.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cost proposal development and pricing strategies for major proposals.
• Ensures compliance with the estimating system manual and related policies.
• Manages schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve proposal objectives.
• Develops and implements new business capture/proposal strategies.
• Directs and manages personnel, finances, and facilities to meet goals.
• Maintains relationships with PMs and upper management to ensure success.
