Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Pricing Senior Manager to direct administration, analysis, and proposal pricing for the corporate pricing organization in a remote role. The ideal candidate will lead cost proposals, develop budgets, and guide strategic pricing with a data-driven mindset.

US citizenship is required; candidates local to HQ facilities or willing to travel are preferred. Extensive experience with FAR/DFAR, CAS, and Excel, plus familiarity with AI-enabled tools, is highly valued for managing

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of proposal development and cost/pricing strategies
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CAS, and government procurement processes
• Ability to write pricing narratives and present data-driven recommendations
• Experience with large-scale, multi-deadline proposals
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees cost proposal development and pricing strategy for major proposals
• Ensures compliance with estimating system manuals and policies
• Manages schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives
• Develops and executes bid strategies and capture plans
• Leads pricing efforts across teams and maintains relationships with PMs and leadership
• Demonstrates AI fluency to improve workflows while maintaining accountability
