CustomerGauge seeks a presales solutions principal to act as a technical trusted advisor across Europe and North America, owning the CX-program side of complex sales. You will lead discovery, solution architecture, PoCs, demos, and executive-level engagements to prove how CustomerGauge delivers measurable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in presales solutions consulting or sales engineering in B2B SaaS.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in NPS, customer experience measurement, or customer feedback programs; VoC program design/implementation
• Proven ability to lead complex technical sales cycles at the enterprise level: solution architecture, integration design, RFP responses
• Demonstrated track record as a technical trusted advisor for architecture, program design, and strategy
• Fluency in enterprise data and integration landscapes: CRM, ERP, data warehouses, APIs, SSO, security/compliance
• Bachelor's degree required

Aufgaben

• Bring NPS/CX domain expertise into conversations, linking platform capabilities to measurable business outcomes
• Lead discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concept engagements, demos, and executive presentations
• Partner with sales to shape and accelerate deals from a technical perspective
• Translate requirements into solution designs: integration, data flows, program config, implementation approach
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires; run technical deep-dives with IT/data/ops stakeholders
• Deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept reflecting the prospect's industry and goals
• Engage with IT, data, and operations across org levels, from architects to C-suite
• Hand off deals to services with clear scope and success criteria
• Provide feedback to product/marketing on requirements and roadmap
• Develop demo environments and presales assets to raise team standards
• Support Account Management with expansion opportunities
