UMB Bank is seeking a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager for its Practice Solutions team. The role focuses on evaluating needs of healthcare professionals and business owners, designing custom financial solutions, and growing full client relationships through prospecting and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 7 years proven Practice Finance sales experience.
• Superior strategic sales knowledge to small business owners.
• Depth of Practice Finance product knowledge.
• Knowledge of market/industry trends.
• Sourcing/producing credit opportunities.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting.
• Understanding of commercial lending practices and loan documentation.
• Strong financial analysis skills (ratios/trends).
• Solid accounting principles understanding.
• Experience selling financial services products.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow assigned Practice Finance territory.
• Develop lending, investment and deposit relationships with medical/dental/optometry/veterinary clients.
• Generate new leads through referrals and COI networks.
• Act as a consultant to clients and to the Bank on business development.
• Negotiate loan proposals, analyze credit requests and present to underwriters or loan committee.
• Attend industry events to expand professional network.
• Collaborate with business banking teams and internal partners.
