Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager for a hybrid on-site role focused on Practice Finance for dental, medical, optometry and veterinary practices.

You will manage client relationships, prospect for new business and coordinate with internal partners to deliver tailored financial solutions. The role requires 7+ years in Practice Finance sales, strong analytical and underwriting capabilities, and a proven ability to grow profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years proven Practice Finance sales experience.
• Strong strategic sales knowledge to small business owners.
• Deep product knowledge in Practice Finance.
• Knowledge of market/industry trends.
• Ability to source and quantify credit opportunities.
• Understanding of credit underwriting and risk management.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow assigned Practice Finance territory.
• Develop and expand lending, investment and deposit relationships.
• Generate new leads and convert through referrals and COI.
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients and the Bank.
• Negotiate loan proposals and present to underwriter/loan committee.
• Build professional networks and participate in industry events.
• Maintain portfolio profitability and manage risk across loans and deposits.
• Provide insights to enhance client cash flow and efficiency.
