Job summary

UMB Bank seeks a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager to grow Practice Finance relationships with medical, dental, optometry, chiropractic and veterinary practices. Hybrid schedule includes on-site 4 days a week with client-facing responsibilities across lending, deposits and investments.

Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, negotiating loan proposals, analyzing financial statements, and expanding the bank’s professional network through industry events and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 7 years proven Practice Finance sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Practice Finance products and process.
• Depth of knowledge in market/industry trends.
• Ability to source and evaluate credit opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow assigned Practice Finance territory.
• Develop lending, investment and deposit relationships with healthcare practices.
• Identify new leads through referrals and COIs and prospecting.
• Advise clients and collaborate with the Bank to grow business.
• Analyze credit requests, prepare loan proposals and present to underwriter/loan committee.
• Attend industry events to expand network and opportunity funnels.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy across accounts.
