Job summary

UMB Bank’s Practice Solutions team seeks a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of healthcare professionals and owner-operated practices.

You will acquire new clients, provide tailored financial solutions, and maintain ongoing relationships with a broad network of industry contacts. The role is hybrid (on-site Mon–Thu) with opportunities to lead credit discussions and expand profitability across loans, deposits, and fee income.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 7 years proven Practice Finance sales experience.
• Strong strategic sales knowledge for small business owners.
• Deep Practice Finance product knowledge.
• Knowledge of market and industry trends.
• Ability to source and produce credit opportunities.
• Understanding of credit underwriting and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow assigned Practice Finance territory.
• Develop lending, investment and deposit relationships with medical, dental, optometry, chiropractic and veterinary clients.
• Generate new prospect leads through referrals and COI networks.
• Act as a consultant to clients and a resource to the Bank for business development.
• Negotiate loan proposals and present to underwriters or loan committees.
