Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager to grow and manage healthcare practice financing relationships. The role focuses on acquisition, credit analysis, and cross-sell across lending, deposits, and treasury services.

Hybrid work on-site Mon–Thu, with extensive client interaction and industry engagement. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 7 years of Practice Finance sales experience, and deep knowledge of credit underwriting and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 7 years proven Practice Finance sales experience.
• Superior strategic sales knowledge selling to small business owners.
• Strong Practice Finance product knowledge and market trends.
• Ability to source and produce credit opportunities.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting and loan documentation.
• Advanced financial analysis and ratio/trend projections.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow assigned Practice Finance territory.
• Develop lending, investment and deposit relationships with medical and dental prospects and clients.
• Follow up on new prospect leads through referrals and COI referrals.
• Act as a consultant to clients and a resource to the Bank.
• Negotiate loan proposals and present to underwriters or loan committee.
• Expand network through industry trade shows and professional activities.
• Collaborate with banking teams and manage portfolio profitability and risk.
• Monitor credit relationships, renewals, and covenant monitoring.
