Job summary

UMB Bank's Practice Solutions team seeks a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager to cultivate relationships with private practices in healthcare. You will design custom financial solutions and grow a portfolio via prospecting, referrals, and networking.

The role is hybrid (on-site Mon–Thu) with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction, including debt and deposit growth, and coordination with Treasury, Trust and International services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of Practice Finance sales experience.
• Strong strategic sales knowledge when selling to small business owners.
• Deep knowledge of Practice Finance products and market trends.
• Ability to source and generate credit opportunities.
• Understanding of credit underwriting and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and grow assigned Practice Finance territory.
• Generate and expand lending, investment and deposit relationships.
• Develop new leads through referrals andCOI networks.
• Act as consultant to clients and bank for business development.
• Negotiate loan proposals and present to underwriter or loan committee.
