Qualifications

• + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• + Seven or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development.
• Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions.
• Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Wealth Management, Capital Markets and Equipment Finance.
• Advise healthcare clients on growth initiatives including de novo expansion and acquisitions.
• Maintain full accountability for the client relationship while orchestrating internal partnerships.
