Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager / PMO Lead to drive a complex pharmaceutical initiative. This client-facing role requires governance, cross‑functional coordination, and readiness activities across commercial, regulatory, privacy, data, and vendor teams.

The ideal candidate has strong pharma industry experience, familiarity with SaMD, and an ability to manage multiple workstreams with significant ownership and autonomy in a consulting-like environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in program management, PMO, project management, or transformation delivery.
• Strong experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating external development vendors or implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, privacy, data requirements in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage overall program governance, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision-making forums.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, regulatory, privacy, legal, commercial, and data workstreams.
• Drive organizational and commercial readiness, including branding, stakeholder interviews, marketing requirements, and launch activities.
• Facilitate alignment across regulatory, compliance, privacy, legal, and pharmaceutical requirements.
• Coordinate internal governance and approval processes with promotional review, commercial, legal, and regulatory forums.
• Manage relationships and dependencies with an external development vendor to ensure alignment with business, data, regulatory, and technical needs.
• Maintain visibility into program progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Ensure all workstreams are identified, owned, and coordinated; anticipate pharma-specific requirements.
