Job summary

Qualified Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Life Sciences, to own end‑to‑end delivery across clinical, product, data, and engineering teams. You will create delivery plans, manage scope with pharma customers, and drive risk mitigation while building a Life Sciences PMO as the business scales.

You will work remotely within the United States, collaborating with executive sponsors and health system stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and value is delivered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi‑stakeholder programs end to end at a senior level.
• Experience in an external customer‑facing role, including executive‑level updates.
• Track record of working across clinical, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver.
• Active, practical use of AI tools in your current work.
• Proactive, clear communication with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage contractual scope for Life Sciences programs and keep delivery aligned with customer commitments.
• Build and track delivery plans across multiple teams and course‑correct early when needed.
• Surface risks and blockers proactively and bring in the right leader at the right time.
• Reset plans and the conversation with the customer when delivery drifts.
• Provide a single view of progress to leadership and customers, highlighting risks and needed support.
