Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Oncology (U.S., Canada) to lead complex clinical trial programs across Phases I–IV in a remote setting. You will partner with functional leads, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined execution, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement in a global clinical research environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in the clinical pharmaceutical industry with PM experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and using PM software.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of ICH Guidelines, GCP, and drug development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams for clinical trials.
• Manage Phase I-IV trials from start-up to close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans and resource strategies.
• Drive financial performance by managing project budgets.
• Partner with functional leads to address complex project issues.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain clear communication.
• Resolve challenges through negotiation and prioritization.
• Improve delivery efficiency while adhering to ICH and GCP standards.
