Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager - Product Marketing to architect an AI-first operating system for PMM, replacing manual handoffs with automated, scalable workflows. You will own the PMM operations from intake to templates, elevating the team's efficiency and impact.

The role requires 5+ years in Product Marketing/PMO, strong AI fluency, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional programs. This is a remote US-based position with a flexible working model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Ops, Program Management, or related role.
• Deep hands-on experience using AI to identify and build multi-step workflows end-to-end.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with competing timelines and dependencies.
• Builder mentality with ambiguity tolerance and ability to operate without a clear roadmap.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build the AI-first operating strategy for PMM at scale.
• Redesign Samsara's release motion with an AI-first system and create automated workflows.
• Own the PMM operations system from intake to templates and automation.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure launches are well-coordinated and documented.
