Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and scale the technology ecosystem powering our end-to-end supply chain. You will own the product vision across planning, procurement, fulfillment, logistics, and reverse logistics, partnering with Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Data, and Finance to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Supply Chain, Solutions Architecture, or Digital Transformation with ownership of a functional domain or enterprise systems portfolio.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes: Design-to-Release, Forecast-to-Plan/Build, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Returns/Reverse Logistics.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise systems, integrations, and process automation, including AI/ML or advanced analytics in operational contexts.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements and target-state architecture.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior, cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical global teams.
• Strong documentation discipline, and high attention to detail; familiar with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, target-state architecture, roadmap, and investment priorities for Supply Chain technology capabilities.
• Own a functional portfolio spanning planning, procurement, order management, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
• Define end-to-end application, integration, data, and platform architecture across ERP, planning, analytics, and AI ecosystems.
• Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities across supply chain operations to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams: Supply Chain, Business Technology, Engineering, Data, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
• Define and track KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, cycle time, and cost savings.
