Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead retail banking construction programs, including ATM rollouts, renovations, and new stores. This is a remote position with work hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 3–5 years of PM experience, with strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and contract interpretation.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of program management methods and best practices.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and scope management.
• Ability to read and communicate contract requirements, drawings, and specifications.
• Commitment to HSSE policies and safety standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management tools.
• Experience with data management, analytics, and quality assurance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate construction programs, aligning with project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking construction projects within time and budget.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Support bids for project management scopes of work.
• Monitor performance and report on KPIs.
