Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Manager to lead consulting for a financial services client, focusing on retail bank construction in Florida. The role covers ground-up and renovations, with 20%–40% travel to sites along the Atlantic Coast, Tampa, or Orlando regions.

The position is remote with regular site visits. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related fields, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelors in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Kahua, MS Project, or similar PM software; Smartsheet a plus.
• Ground up, retail, and/or financial services experience strongly desired; knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope, resources, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Review cost payments, subcontracts, change orders, and contingency.
• Review contracts, drawings, and adherence to codes and ADA compliance.
