Onward Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 100% remote contract through year-end, overseeing cross-functional work from scope to delivery in the Pharma/Healthcare space. You will manage timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder coordination with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and experience handling multiple concurrent

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Define objectives, timelines, deliverables, pricing, staffing, and resources with management and Account teams.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies while adapting plans to priorities and deadlines.
• Develop estimates, forecasts, and resource plans; manage scope changes and monitor financials.
• Facilitate status meetings, scrums, and client meetings; coordinate cross-functional teams.
