Onward Search is partnering with a healthcare marketing agency to hire a Creative Project Manager for a remote, 12-month contract. The role will lead complex branding projects across regional markets, manage timelines, and coordinate with coordinators, vendors, and regional leadership to ensure alignment with brand standards.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications and 5+ years of multi-project management, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• 5+ years managing multiple projects, preferably within healthcare marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in implementation planning, stakeholder management, and change readiness.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of branding initiatives across assigned regional markets, including signage, digital assets, and collateral updates.
• Provide direction and support to Program Coordinators, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
• Coordinate the rollout of branding materials, ensuring alignment with national templates and brand standards.
• Serve as a liaison between market teams, vendor partners, and regional leadership to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, identify potential issues, and escalate risks to stakeholders as needed.
