Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 100% remote contract through year-end, overseeing cross-functional work from scope to delivery in the Pharma/Healthcare space. You will manage timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder coordination with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and experience handling multiple concurrent

Our client is looking for aSenior Project Manager with Pharma/Healthcare agency experiencefor a contract through the end of year. This 100% remote role plans and leads cross-functional work from scope through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder coordination. It partners with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to keep initiatives on track.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, pricing, staffing, and resource allocation with management and Account teams.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies while adapting project plans to changing priorities and competing deadlines.
• Develop estimates, forecasts, and resource plans; manage scope changes and monitor project financial performance.
• Facilitate status meetings, scrums, and client meetings while coordinating cross-functional teams and resource needs.
• Maintain project documentation, quality standards, and PMO processes; identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support workflow improvements.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
