Onward Search is seeking a Senior Art Director (HCP) for a remote, temporary role supporting pharmaceutical advertising. You will develop and execute brand-defining creative for health-care professionals and patient audiences across print, digital, social, video, and experiential channels.

The role owns work from concept through delivery and presents ideas to clients and internal teams. The senior designer will collaborate with Copywriters and lead campaigns while managing projects with minimal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Art Direction experience in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and campaign development across multiple channels.
• Expertise in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and creative execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
• Ability to take ideas from concept through production with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for HCP- and patient-facing materials.
• Create brand-defining campaigns, visual identity systems, and integrated promotional campaigns.
• Partner with Copywriters to develop and execute compelling campaign concepts.
• Manage projects from initial concept through production and final delivery.
• Design layouts and creative assets for print, digital, social, video, experiential, sales enablement, and promotional initiatives.
