The role involves supporting the Business & Operational Excellence group, with responsibilities spanning process improvement, training content, and change initiatives, executing priorities with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development or demonstrated competency in the key areas of the role.
• Strong drug development experience with understanding of other functions relevant to the position.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement in operational excellence across activities.
• Lead evaluation of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate with stakeholders in root-cause problem-solving to identify core challenges.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements with SME input.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritise improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement new business processes considering organizational context.
• Lead change management initiatives and communicate impact on roles.
• Maintain updates to stakeholders on progress, issues and blockers.
