Job summary

Sedaa Corporation in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Lead or Senior PMO to drive operational excellence across real estate and facility management. Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; complementary certifications in project management, change management, or ISO standards preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, quality assurance, PMO governance, process improvement, or related disciplines within large, complex organizations.
  • Significant experience in corporate real estate, facility management, or related professional services environments preferred.
  • Proven success leading complex, geographically dispersed, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated success implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in large, matrixed organizations with documented financial results.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab, Sigma XL), Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, and process mapping tools (Visio).

Responsibilities

  • Shape and advance enterprise-wide operational excellence strategies aligned with corporate objectives and client commitments.
  • Serve as a principal advisor and subject-matter expert for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement priorities within the business plan.
  • Establish and drive KPIs and SLAs across production cycles, ensuring consistent delivery of excellence.
  • Develop executive-ready reporting and recommendations on operational performance, risk mitigation, and improvement initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement projects.
  • Define and mature quality assurance frameworks, governance practices, and compliance standards that promote PMO excellence.
  • Develop and steward a Project Excellence Program encompassing QA/QC audits and benefits realization.
  • Establish standards and guidance for process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Facilitate RACI development to clarify roles and decision authority.
  • Implement document control systems and version management protocols.
  • Coach project leaders and PMO professionals in quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional work through influence, facilitation, and credibility.
  • Build a PMO community of practice and foster collaboration.
  • Deliver Lean Six Sigma training, mentoring, and certification pathways.
  • Assess and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and client experiences.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to define tools, data, and training requirements.

Job Summary

The Consultant, Production Cycle & PMO for Operational Excellence is a senior individual contributor and certified Lean Six Sigma for Service Master Black Belt who provides enterprise expertise in strategic process optimization, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. This role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives through subject-matter expertise, facilitation, and influence. The Consultant establishes scalable PMO and quality practices, advises senior leaders, and delivers measurable improvements in client experience, cost efficiency, risk management, and service delivery across matrixed real estate and facility management environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory & Operational Excellence (30%)
  • Shape and advance enterprise-wide operational excellence strategies aligned with corporate objectives and client commitments.
  • Serve as a principal advisor and subject-matter expert for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement priorities within the business plan.
  • Establish and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) across production cycles, ensuring consistent delivery of excellence.
  • Develop executive-ready reporting and recommendations on operational performance, risk mitigation, and improvement initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
Lean Six Sigma for Service Excellence (25%)
  • Apply Lean Green Belt and above expertise in Lean Six Sigma for Service methodologies to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement projects.
  • Guide the application of Voice of Customer (VOC), DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), and DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) frameworks to drive process redesign and optimization.
  • Utilize advanced quality tools including FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), control charts, process capability analysis, and root cause analysis to eliminate defects and variation.
  • Design and implement Lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, and waste elimination strategies to streamline production cycles.
  • Define and mature quality assurance frameworks, governance practices, and compliance standards that promote PMO excellence.
  • Develop and steward a Project Excellence Program encompassing QA/QC audits, process compliance, benefits realization, and continuous improvement protocols
Process Governance, Documentation & Standardization (20%)
  • Establish standards and provide expert guidance for the creation, optimization, and maintenance of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Facilitate the development and refinement of RACI matrices (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) to clarify roles, responsibilities, interfaces, and decision authority.
  • Apply Lean principles to simplify and standardize process documentation, driving out non-value-add steps and making the overall process faster, better and cheaper.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
  • Implement document control systems and version management protocols to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
Influence, Coaching & Capability Building (15%)
  • Coach project leaders, process owners, and PMO professionals in quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Lead cross-functional work through influence, facilitation, and technical credibility; align stakeholders around shared outcomes, decisions, and accountabilities.
  • Build and sustain a PMO community of practice that promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, reusable standards, and professional development across regional teams.
  • Foster an inclusive, solution-oriented environment that enables effective partnership and adoption of new practices.

Qualifications
Minimum Required
