Wing is seeking a remote project manager to oversee 5+ years of high-end remodeling projects in the U.S. You will leverage Buildertrend for scheduling and procurement, coordinating across clients and trades.

You will audit proposals, designs, and payments; manage schedules, critical paths and procurement plans to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality. This full-time remote role includes health benefits, incentives, and paid training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing U.S.-based high-end remodeling projects.
• Strong Buildertrend skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
• Excellent English communication; ability to work U.S. hours.

Responsibilities

• Audit proposals, designs, and payments; resolve gaps and risks before scheduling.
• Lead project reviews, coordinate measurements, and build scopes of work.
• Develop schedules, critical paths, and procurement plans; track materials.
