Job summary

Agfa HealthCare Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Healthcare IT and Imaging projects from planning through close. You will coordinate internal teams, vendor resources, and customer stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring quality and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of IT project management experience in healthcare. Remote work across North America is supported, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years IT project management or healthcare IT project management.
• PMP certification not required, but CAPM considered.
• Knowledge of Radiology PACS and Radiology workflow.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, deliver, implement, and close healthcare IT and imaging projects per SOW and budget.
• Schedule resources and coordinate team members, vendors, and customers.
• Define project objectives and ensure quality control throughout lifecycle.
• Communicate project expectations clearly with stakeholders.
• Identify and solve issues proactively and manage dependencies and critical path.
