Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Healthcare IT and Imaging projects from conception to close. The role requires coordinating internal teams and external vendors, staying within budget and timelines, and ensuring alignment with client goals.

The position emphasizes collaboration across clinical and technical stakeholders, with remote work options within North America and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, healthcare, or related field.
• PMP certification is not required but will be for the next level PM.
• CAPM will be considered along with overall project management experience.
• 5+ years IT project management or healthcare IT project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, deliver, implement, and close Healthcare IT and Imaging projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Create and manage project work plans in accordance with the SOW.
• Identify and schedule internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
• Lead project team members to meet schedule, cost, performance and quality goals.
• Communicate project expectations to internal and external stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
• Identify dependencies and critical path and manage them.
• Ensure quality documents for deployment are completed, signed and posted.
• Meet service acceptance and final acceptance milestones.
