Job summary

Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Healthcare IT and Imaging projects from a home office with North American coverage. You will orchestrate internal teams, vendors, and client resources to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality goals.

The role demands 5+ years of IT/project management in healthcare, familiarity with Radiology PACS/workflow, strong communication, and ability to travel for client meetings. PMP not required, CAPM considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years IT/healthcare IT project management experience.
• PMP not required but preferred for next level; CAPM considered.
• Experience with Radiology PACS/workflow is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, deliver, implement and close Healthcare IT and Imaging projects per SOW.
• Schedule resources and coordinate internal/third‑party teams and customer resources.
• Define objectives and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure all quality documents are completed and posted; meet acceptance milestones.
