Job summary

Agfa HealthCare, a division of the Agfa-Gevaert Group, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Healthcare IT and Imaging projects across North America, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and clear stakeholder communication.

The role requires coordinating internal teams and vendors, managing the SOW, and ensuring quality documentation and acceptance milestones. Travel to meet clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
• CAPM will be considered along with overall project management experience.
• 5+ years IT project management or healthcare IT project management.
• Presentation preparation and delivery skills to a diverse audience, from C‑suite to end users.
• Knowledge of current IT and Healthcare technologies.
• Experience or working knowledge of Radiology PACS and Radiology workflow.
• Ability to work independently with little guidance and supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven strength in leading teams collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven strength in leading teams collaboratively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project Management and other Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in tools and technology required to manage virtual project teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources and coordinate team members and vendors to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Create and execute project work plans per the SOW and revise as needed.
• Identify and schedule internal and external resources to meet objectives.
• Manage project team tasks, budget, and quality objectives.
• Communicate project expectations with stakeholders in a timely, clear manner.
• Identify and solve project issues proactively.
• Identify and manage dependencies and critical path.
• Ensure quality documents for deployment are completed and posted.
• Meet service acceptance and final acceptance deadlines.
