Job summary

Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Healthcare IT and Imaging projects from home, across North America. You will coordinate internal and vendor resources, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of IT project management in healthcare, familiarity with Radiology PACS/workflows, and strong presentation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT project management or healthcare IT project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
• Presentation preparation and delivery skills to a diverse audience from C-suite to end users.
• Knowledge of current IT and healthcare technologies.
• Experience or working knowledge of Radiology PACS and Radiology workflow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with collaborative leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project Management and other Microsoft Office products.
• Field-based role; travel to meet clients and stakeholders; remote home-office setup.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, deliver, implement, and close Healthcare IT and Imaging projects to schedule and budget.
• Create and adjust project work plans in line with the SOW and evolving requirements.
• Identify and schedule internal and external resources to meet objectives.
• Lead Project Team members and ensure tasks align with scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about expectations.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and dependencies.
• Ensure quality documents are completed and posted for deployment.
• Meet Service Acceptance and Final Acceptance commitments on time.
