Job summary

Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Healthcare IT and Imaging projects from home office across North America. You will plan, execute, and close projects, coordinate vendors and customer resources, and ensure on-time delivery and quality.

With 5+ years in IT project management, you will manage scope, schedule, and costs, while communicating with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. Travel for client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Healthcare or related field.
• PMP not required, CAPM considered with PM experience.
• 5+ years IT/Healthcare IT project management.
• Strong presentation skills for audiences from C-suite to end users.
• Knowledge of IT and Healthcare technologies; Radiology PACS/workflow experience helpful.
• Ability to work independently; strong problem-solving and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative leadership.
• Proficient with MS Project and MS Office; experience managing virtual teams.
• Projects involve travel to meet clients and stakeholders; flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans per SOW; adjust as needed.
• Identify and schedule internal/external resources to meet objectives.
• Manage project team performance, scope, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders; communicate expectations clearly.
• Proactively resolve issues and manage dependencies and critical path.
• Ensure quality documents are completed, signed, and posted.
• Meet Service Acceptance and Final Acceptance commitments.
