Pluralsight is seeking a Director of Growth and Digital Marketing to lead the digital engine for new-logo acquisition and customer expansion.

The role commands a seven-figure digital budget and drives pipeline and ARR across global mid-market and enterprise segments. You will build scalable playbooks, own always-on programs, and coach a growing team with a remote-first approach and periodic on-site collaboration near Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing 7-figure digital media budgets across channels.
• Demonstrated ability to measure digital pipeline contribution in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into demand gen plans, traffic strategy, and budget recommendations.
• Manage paid, email, and digital execution for global campaigns.
• Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and intake processes for faster launches.
• Advise campaign owners on where digital will move the number, backed by data.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to activate digital programs including ABM.
