Job summary

Qualified is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the website experience end to end for Piper, our AI SDR, and the messenger surface visitors interact with when they land on customer sites. You will define roadmap, partner with design, engineering, AI, marketing, and sales to deliver new features and products in a high-visibility role.

You have 5+ years of PM experience in fast-moving B2B SaaS, strong technical literacy, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical and product literacy; translates ideas into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; can represent the product area to executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the website experience for Piper across the site.
• Turn ambiguity into a clear product roadmap with customer input and stakeholders.
• Partner with design, engineering, AI teams, marketing, sales, and customer teams to build and launch high-quality products.
• Define and monitor north star metrics and website performance, including localization and latency.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the product lifecycle, from user feedback to prototyping and validation.
