Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a remote role based in the United States. You will own and execute the product strategy, refine it through customer insights and AI capabilities, and translate plans into multi-quarter roadmaps with clear success metrics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI-enabled features, lead product discovery using AI workflows, and ensure outcomes improve business results and user experience while validating customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a Senior PM level.
• Proven track record in strategy and execution for complex SaaS products.
• Experience delivering results across multiple product squads.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern web technologies and system architecture.
• Background in AI-enabled or data-driven product features.
• High data literacy with experience in defining metrics and running experiments.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills.

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
