Job summary

Quickbase is modernizing end-user experiences with AI-powered interfaces and dashboards across its platform. You will own the strategy for how users interact with data, consume insights, and leverage AI to build and act on outcomes.

This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and potential to grow into leadership as the team scales. You will partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences that drive adoption, engagement, and retention, while maintaining data

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a track record of owning end-user-facing experiences that moved adoption and engagement.
• Deep SaaS product experience, ideally with a PaaS or platform product.
• Highly technical: understands APIs, data models, and how systems connect, and can collaborate with engineering.
• Strong design sensibility and high craft standards.
• Fluency with leading AI tools and using them for research, specs, and prototypes.
• Experience using product analytics and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or data-rich experiences for non-technical users.
• Excellent communication and the ability to influence executives, Design, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for modern end-user experiences, including AI-assisted interfaces and dashboards.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences that raise adoption and daily engagement.
• Incorporate AI into the experience where it adds value by reducing time to value and surfacing insights.
• Spend time with customers weekly and translate feedback into a clear strategy.
• Define and track metrics like adoption, engagement, retention, and AI feature adoption.
• Prioritize ruthlessly and communicate trade-offs to leadership and partners.
• Prototype with AI and streamline flows to accelerate the team's work.
