Job summary

Prudentia Sciences is seeking a Design Engineer to lead the evolution of our platform’s user experience. You will design, prototype, and ship enterprise CRM and pipeline management workflows directly in the codebase, testing against real data and users.

You’ll own end-to-end product design, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define dashboards and interfaces that support sales, BD, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing enterprise CRM, pipeline management, and workflow design.
• Comfortable writing and shipping production-quality front-end code (React/TypeScript or similar), and using AI coding tools like Claude Code as a core part of your workflow.
• Expertise in data visualization, translating complex data into intuitive dashboards and interfaces.
• Strong experience with design systems, component libraries, and design tooling (Figma, Storybook, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design and build in the codebase for enterprise CRM and pipeline tools.
• Own the design end-to-end from concept to shipped component.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to define flows and dashboards.
• Create data visualizations and reusable components for scalable experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the design system with new patterns and practices.
