Job summary

Quickbase is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to own the quality strategy across multiple engineering teams. You will lead a team of Quality Engineers, shaping automation practices, and advancing AI-assisted testing to improve delivery and customer outcomes.

With strong leadership, you will collaborate with QE leaders, product managers, and tech leads, driving scalable quality initiatives and ensuring high-value investments across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a high-performing Quality Engineering team.
• Strong understanding of test automation, frameworks, CI/CD, and testing standards.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development or testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Engineers supporting multiple engineering teams.
• Own quality strategy for a product domain with leaders, tech leads, and product managers.
• Provide technical and architectural leadership in test automation, frameworks, CI/CD, and testing standards.
• Define and evolve scalable quality practices and AI-assisted testing solutions; drive adoption.
• Balance priorities across teams to ensure high-value quality investment; facilitate career growth.
