Job summary

QuickBase is seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer to lead security for enterprise AI technologies and tooling. You will secure AI-powered development and enable responsible AI adoption across the company, working with Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance.

The role combines strong cybersecurity with hands-on experience in generative AI, cloud-native architectures, and modern software practices to advance AI governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of security engineering experience in related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Experience with security assessments, architecture reviews, or risk assessments.
• Working knowledge of generative AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, copilots, and AI-powered tools.
• Understanding of AI security risks including data leakage, prompt injection, excessive permissions, and model misuse.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Security team's primary contact for enterprise AI technologies and AI adoption initiatives.
• Evaluate and secure AI solutions across multiple business functions including Engineering, IT, Legal, and Finance.
• Define and implement security controls for AI-enabled workflows and deployments.
• Monitor AI threats, vulnerabilities, and industry developments to recommend mitigations.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to improve visibility into AI usage and risks.
