Job summary

Amazon Quick is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to own and drive end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered agents. You will define vision, roadmap, and success metrics, coordinating across engineering, design, and science teams to deliver a cohesive experience on browser, CLI, and mobile surfaces.

Lead cross-functional execution, influence data-driven decisions, and shape how millions interact with autonomous workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience technical product management.
• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon Quick AgentZ build experience end-to-end — define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for how customers interact with AI agents.
• Drive data-informed product decisions through funnel instrumentation, experimentation, and cohort analysis.
• Define the unified experience framework — interaction patterns, navigation models, and design systems — that deliver a cohesive, high-quality experience across all platforms.
• Own cross-platform orchestration — how the experience adapts across form factors, handles context continuity between devices, and delivers seamless transitions across surfaces.
• Drive the customer adoption journey from first-run onboarding through power-user engagement, ensuring daily use across surfaces.
• Scale the experience to meet organizational goals, leading cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX Design, Applied Science, and GTM teams to ship world-class products across all platforms.
