Prysm Health is seeking a Staff/Senior Platform Engineer for a fully remote role. You will design, build, and maintain core platform services powering the post-acute care product, owning end-to-end delivery, reviews, and incident resolution.

You will mentor teammates, influence architectural direction, and help shape engineering culture while collaborating with product, clinical, and operations stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing scalable platform services.
• Cloud environments with AWS/GCP/Azure, containers, CI/CD, and observability.
• Databases and data modeling with production reliability focus.
• Strong root-cause analysis and incident response skills.
• Senior or staff-level ownership of architecture and technical direction.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical partners.
• Healthcare/health tech exposure is beneficial but not required.
• Degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
