Job summary

Prysm Health is building a real-time platform for facility operators to monitor census, staffing, documentation, and compliance from a centralized view. You’ll contribute across frontend and backend layers, shaping features from discovery to post-launch iteration.

The role emphasizes user experience, reliability, and scalability, with collaboration across a small senior team and periodic in-person company events. Remote-friendly with US-focused travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping products in production and working with cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with TypeScript and React on both sides of the API.
• Experience in healthcare, EHRs, or another regulated domain.
• Event-driven systems design and active use of AI tools to speed delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand user needs and translate into scoped features.
• Participate in discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, and iteration.
• Collaborate across frontend, APIs, backend, and data models to deliver a complete solution.
• Build software that is observable, accessible, and reliable with strong user experience.
