Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and build scalable CI/CD and cloud infrastructure for secure software delivery. This remote-eligible role in the United States requires a strong background in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and SDLC best practices.

You will contribute to a collaborative, fast-moving team that supports security-sensitive applications and scalable cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a platform engineering or similar role.
• Proficiency in Go or Python for scripting and automation.
• Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proven knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and experience with ArgoCD.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications with Kubernetes.
• Support production Kubernetes clusters in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Administer and optimize GitHub workflows and repositories.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance developer toolsets and SDLC processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
• Implement best practices for security, reliability, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
