UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in California. This full-time role supports Medicare Part D processes, handles outbound calls to collect clinical information, and ensures timely case resolution while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED. Active Pharmacy Technician license in your state or national certification (PTCB).
• 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00am - 5:00pm local time, with rotating Saturdays & holidays.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence OR National Certification (PTCB)
• 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00am -5pm local time, with rotating Saturdays & holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous prior Authorization experience
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in retail, hospital, specialty pharmacy
• Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
• All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
