Job summary

Onward Search is seeking an Account Group Supervisor for a temporary remote-in-region role in the pharmaceutical marketing space. You will provide strategic leadership across multiple client accounts, guide account teams, and strengthen executive-level relationships to drive high-quality delivery and profitability.

You will mentor and develop team members, oversee brand strategy development, and monitor program performance to ensure long-term account growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive pharmaceutical advertising/marketing agency experience.
• 12+ years of strategic account leadership in pharma marketing.
• 5+ years supervising direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project tools like Adobe Acrobat.
