Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Group Account Supervisor to lead a growing book of business and manage the associated account team. You will guide strategic direction, maintain senior client relationships, and oversee financial forecasting and pricing decisions.

You will coordinate with project managers, expand contacts within client organizations, and drive growth while ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7 years of agency experience.
• May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships across agency-of-record accounts.
• Oversee financial documents (scopes, forecasts, reconciliations, reports) and advise on pricing/forecasting.
• Lead and train account team members; supervise performance and workload balance.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and improve profitability across book of business.
