Meet Life Sciences Ltd. is partnering with a boutique pharmaceutical advertising agency to hire a Freelance Group Account Supervisor. The role supports day-to-day client services, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and strategic direction for a major product launch.

The ideal candidate has pharma/healthcare agency experience, senior client services background, and a proactive, organized approach. Remote (ET hours) with preference for candidates in NY, NJ, or PA, 40 hours per week, through

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency setting.
• Client services experience at the Account Supervisor, Group Account Supervisor, or Account Director level.
• Experience supporting product launches and managing account timelines, deliverables, and project priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare for and coordinate weekly client status meetings, track action items, and follow up with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Client Services with day-to-day account management.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure strategic direction is executed.
• Work with internal creative, strategy, and project management teams to keep priorities on track.
• Support a major January product launch, primarily within rare disease, with additional work across cardiology and MedTech.
